Byron Bay Primary School facilitates computer based technology in IBM and Apple Macintosh computer systems.
We have a computer Lab with 31 new IBM computers operating with Windows XP. We also have a multi-media room equipped with 11 OSX Macintosh computers.
In addition, there are 12 OSX Macintosh computers based in the library which are used extensively for internet research.
Each classroom also has at least one Windows XP IBM computer, used in conjunction with Apple Mac OSX and OS9 computers for use by small groups.

Stage 2 and 3 have been using computer technology to manipulate photographs of themselves into creative works of digital art.
